Bratwurst is the quintessential German sausage. We’ve enjoyed it here in the US for a long time, too. But I invite you to try my authentic brats, made with no fillers and no chemicals. Just local, all-natural pork, hand-made in small batches, with natural casings and time-honored techniques. Enjoy them with your favorite beer, a side of sauerkraut, potato salad, or pickles!
